She is currently the IDB Group Representative in Chile. From the IDB, she contributes to Chile’s development by generating collaborations and synergies through public and private development projects that improve people’s lives. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing public policies on digital transformation; emerging technologies and digital security due to their implementation in local and national governments in Mexico. He studied Information Systems at the University of Guadalajara and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon. She was recognized by Apolitical as one of the 20 most influential leaders in Digital Government at a global level.
