Carmen Gloria is partner and president at Tecnocal, from which she has promoted the development of startups through strategic and technological alliances for more than 5 years. She is an Electronic Engineer from Universidad Técnico Federico Santa María, with a Diploma in Administration and Management in Human Resources from Universidad Católica de Chile, another in Innovation and Technology Management from Universidad Alberto Hurtado and an MBA from Universidad Europea de Madrid.
An entrepreneur by nature, she has participated in several missions and business trips absorbing the latest trends and innovations in the United States, Asia, and Europe. She has participated in various activities linked to the business world and new trends in the technology industry. Recognized as one of the 100 leading women in Chile, Carmen Gloria also serves as a Mentor for 3IE and has been accredited by the Spanish Mentoring Network.
